Hello Stampers! It's been a while since I've been able to participate in Tuesday Throwdown's challenge. Work has kept me pretty busy. I am so happy to be able to stamp and make this card to share today. This week's sponsor is All Dressed Up and the image I'm using is called Time to Shine. The challenge theme is "Add Some Bling". My blings are the shiny rhinestones.
I colored the image in using Copic markers. I added red for the mat so bring out the colors in her dress and hair accessories. The rhinestones and yellow embroidery floss were added to complete the card.
