I hope you had a wonderful weekend. It's pumpkin time for our family. We are going to pick out our pumpkin today and carve it for Halloween. Along the way we are going to pick up some yummy goodies to much on while we carve our pumpkins. Oh so fun!!!

Happy Boss's Day

My friend asked me to make a card for her boss in honor of Happy Boss's Day.

Just a quick post before I head out the door. I used Wags 'n Whiskers sketch for my card. I stamped the butterfly then added some pearls in the center, but it seems like it's blended into the white part of the butterfly. I also used white ink to distress the edges of all the papers and dotted the green circle with a white gel pen. The flowers are done using MFT's rolled rose die-namics.

Just Because

Summer is coming to an end soon. These colors remind me of summer. I haven't used a solid image stamp in a long time. It was quick and easy. I cut out the cardstocks then stamped the butterfly. I embossed the solid cardstocks, added straight and zigzag stitches. I have a tiny piece of the aqua swirls patterned paper so I used it behind the image. Last, I added the ribbon and rose.
