The Stamping Boutique Tuesday

It's time for The Stamping Boutique's Tuesday challenge. Since Halloween is creeping up on us, this week the challenge is all about Halloween with a splash of pink. I've never used pink in my Halloween cards before so this was a bit out of the norm for me, but I love it!

Thinking of You

Hello Stampers!
Today The Stamping Boutique's challenge is all about "Pink Ribbons" to continue with the Breast Cancer Awareness theme. I am using the Tulips image. I colored the image in using Copic markers. I added the organza pink ribbon and accented it with a rhinestone. The pink strips of cardstocks were ran through the Cuttlebug using the Swirls embossing folder. The rose is made using MFT's die-namics rolled rose then accented with a smaller rhinestone for the center.

Just a Note

Hope you're all having a wonderful weekend. My girls and I went fabric shopping for their Halloween costumes today. Since it's World Cardmaking Day today, I just had to sneak in a card. This image is from The Stamping Boutique called Hidden Fairy. I die cut the oval image twice and cut off the scallops so the patterned paper would fit the center. I then embossed it with the Script embossing folder. I also embossed the chevron patterned paper using the Swiss Dots embossing folder. I did alot of ink distressing on the edges of the papers by taking my white and light brown ink pad and swiped it along the edges. I recently received some seam binding and am loving adding them to my cards. I used it to add a bow to my card and topped the center with a small pearl.

This is a close-up of my card. Hopefully you can see the embossing on the oval shape and chevron paper.

Thinking of You

October is Breast Cancer Awareness month so it's fitting to make a pink themed card. I used The Stamping Boutique's fairy Cynthia digi stamp. I colored her in using Copics, added some glitter to her wings and sponged the cardstock with pink. I added some zigzag stitches to the green cardstock to give it some texture. The flower is made using MFT's rolled rose die-namics. I used chipboard to cut out the tag, then added the pink patterned paper and stamped the sentiment on top. I finished the tag off with a bow.

I love this cute Princess Latte witch image, it's got just the right amount of whimsical for me. I used the Swirls embossing folder by Provo Craft on the black cardstock, added some corner punches, ribbon and a button.

Get Well

Hello Stampers! Hope you all had a great weekend. We spent some time with friends and doing a photo shoot. Everything is always fun with friends around.
Onto my card. I used The Stamping Boutique's Audrey the Nurse digi stamp in honor of Labor Day. I colored Audrey in using Copic markers and added stitchings along the edges of various cardstocks. I pulled some buttons I had laying around and added some rhinestones to the center. I continued with the heart theme by running the red strip of cardstock through my Cuttlebug using the small hearts embossing folder.

The Stamping Boutique Challenge #46

This is my second post for the day. Please scroll down for my first post.

I made this birthday card using The Stamping Boutique's Happy Birthday Car digi stamp. This is such a fun image to color. I love the cute little flowers all over the car. It's pretty groovy. I colored in the car using Copic markers and cut out the shape with a Nestabilities die. I added straight stitches on the patterned papers and used My Favorite Things doily die to add the birthday sentiment. I then tied the ribbon onto the card front and added the blue brads to finish off my card. Head on over to The Stamping Boutique's challenge blog to see more DT inspirations and enter to win some fun digis.
