Sunflower

I am having so much fun stamping! I take a little bit of time out here and there to stamp. I love all the challenges out there in blogland. It really helps with the inspiration. On my card today, I am using this large sunflower stamp from MFP and colored it in using various shades of yellow Copic markers. I didn't want to tie my usual bow so I tripled the layers and added a button. On my pleated ribbon, I used a piece of double sided redline tape then randomly folded the pleats to adhere it onto the tape. The last thing I did was pierced around the oval cardstock and adhered the sentiment to the ribbon using 3-d foam tape.

I am linking to the following challenges:

kim, what a bright and lovely card. the yellows that you chose to color with are perfect for this flower. I love the two ribbon treatments: the multi-loop bow behind the button and the pleated accent at the bottom of the card. A lovely friend card.
