Birthday Card
It's been a long time since I've used this silhouette stamp from CTMH. I love the cute girly silhouettes in this set. I matted the image onto the blue cardstock and used 3-d foam to give it some dimension. I also stitched around the cardstocks to give the card some texture and finished it off with a ribbon.
