Oh La La

I was wanting to use up some papers from my stash and MFT Stamps also has a challenge that matches these pretty papers. 

I stamped the image using Memento ink and colored her in using Zig's Clean Color Real Brush. I embossed the white cardstock and popped the image onto it using 3D tape. The scallop is a die from Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps.
